An idiopathic disease, a.k.a. ‘doctors are baffled’- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) or motor neurone disease (MND)
By Baldmichael Theresoluteprotector’sson
I was reading this post by P.K. Adams the other day. Her mother has advance ALS I gather.
https://blueskiesandgreenpastures.com/2024/12/04/update-on-my-mom-and-questions-about-als/
Wikipedia gives information about this disease.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ALS

It says it
is a rare, terminal neurodegenerative disorder that results in the progressive loss of both upper and lower motor neurons that normally control voluntary muscle contraction.
It continues by saying it is the most common form of the motor neuron diseases. There is a Wiki cross link to this you can look up.
Diagnosis
It should be noted that
No single test can provide a definite diagnosis of ALS. Instead, the diagnosis of ALS is primarily made based on a physician's clinical assessment after ruling out other diseases.
And
Because symptoms of ALS can be similar to those of a wide variety of other, more treatable diseases or disorders, appropriate tests must be conducted to exclude the possibility of other conditions.
These can include
- Electromyography (EMG), a special recording technique that detects electrical activity in muscles.
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Tests on blood and urine samples to eliminate the possibility of other diseases, as well as routine laboratory tests.
There is a foot note link which sets out the information in more detail from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) which is a part of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).
https://www.ninds.nih.gov/health-information/disorders/amyotrophic-lateral-sclerosis-als
Reference in the above is also made to the possibility that a
spinal tap (lumbar puncture) may be performed to obtain the fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord called cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for additional testing.
I had one of these, not the nicest of experiences. I have also had half a dozen or so MRI scans and various blood tests as part of the attempted analysis of the cause of my facial palsy.
Whilst tests on blood and urine samples in the USA and elsewhere or indeed privately may well be much more comprehensive, those done via the NHS in the UK are very limited as my experience showed.
The ALS Wiki page says that viruses can cause ALS-like symptoms. As virology is fundamentally flawed this is deceptive.
Again it should be noted that the ALS Wiki page suggests that symptoms of other named diseases can mimic ALS, although as they have various complicated names one can glaze over trying to read about them.
Management
It says
There is no cure for ALS. Management focuses on treating symptoms and providing supportive care, to improve quality of life and prolong survival.
In fact most Western or modern medicine focuses on treating symptoms and providing supportive care if you are lucky, hence the problems persist.
This care is best provided by multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals; attending a multidisciplinary ALS clinic is associated with longer survival, fewer hospitalizations, and improved quality of life.
All of which means a lot of highly paid people which is good for business, especially for the corporations.
Dawn Lester makes some very good points in her article on Assisted Dying regarding modern medicine’s failures.
Medications
Four are mentioned.
Riluzole:
This is its chemical structure
Apparently it
has been found to modestly prolong survival by about 2–3 months.
Hardly a ringing endorsement especially as the Wiki link says adverse effects
- Very common (>10% frequency): nausea; weakness; decreased lung function
- Common (1–10% frequency): headache; dizziness; drowsiness; vomiting; abdominal pain; increased aminotransferases
- Uncommon (0.1–1% frequency): pancreatitis; interstitial lung disease
- Rare (<0.1% frequency): neutropenia; allergic reaction (including angiooedema, anaphylactoid reaction)
Dying from it is not mentioned but then they wouldn’t need to mention that, would they?
As the drug contains fluorine it should be considered very nasty indeed. A few months extra life perhaps by taking this drug. Hmm…
Edaravone:
This is its chemical structure.
Its Wiki page says that it has been shown
to modestly slow the decline in function in a small group of people with early-stage ALS.
Adverse effects from its Wiki page include
bruising, gait disturbances, headache, skin inflammation, eczema, problems breathing, excess sugar in urine, and fungal skin infections.
It is said to be anti-oxidant but it also says
The mechanism by which edaravone might be effective is unknown.
So ‘modestly slow’, ‘might be effective’ but they don’t know how it works. Clever people these doctors, eh?
AMX0035 (Relyvrio):
Or more simply known as:
Sodium phenylbutyrate/ursodoxicoltaurine
Well, okay, not that simply! It has been withdrawn as not found to be effective.
Apparently according to its Wiki page it cost $158,000 per year of treatment.
And it didn’t work. You might like to ask how much the other drugs cost.
Tofersen:
Its Wiki page says
The most common side effects include fatigue, arthralgia (joint pain), increased cerebrospinal (brain and spinal cord) fluid white blood cells, and myalgia (muscle pain).
and
Fewer than 500 patients a year are expected to be eligible for the drug, which is expected to cost over $100,000 for a year's treatment.
It is not clear how much benefit this is to patients but they only had a small test group. Still the FDA approved it so it must be okay.
Like the COVID 19 vaccines. Well, they were authorized for emergency use anyway, and I am sure it amounts to the same thing.
Possibly.
Symptomatic treatments
Other drugs may be used to
help reduce fatigue, ease muscle cramps, control spasticity, and reduce excess saliva and phlegm.
Possibly caused by the other drugs. Good business for big pharma of course.
The drugs that may be used might be
Gabapentin, – which has side effects
pregabalin, – which has side effects
tricyclic antidepressants (e.g., amitriptyline) – which have side effects
nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), – which have side effects
acetaminophen (paracetamol), – which has side effects
and opioids – which have side effects
So I dare say other drugs may be used for those side effects. Good business for big pharma of course, but I am repeating myself.
Epidemiology
ALS is the most common motor neuron disease in adults and the third most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
Which are not dissimilar. Of course creating such named diseases is a good branding exercise for big pharma and the medical profession as they can look extremely clever by confidently diagnosing such things.
Even though they are not sure or don’t know what causes them. But one day, when they have made enough to retire, perhaps they will.
Motor neurone disease causes
As to the real causes of motor neurone diseases, well perhaps they might like to research the neurochemistry of big pharma products, vaccines, drugs, pesticides etc. and how this impacts our food and our bodies.
I have mentioned my facial palsy before and the effects of sodium nitrite and nitrosamines which no doctor in the NHS even thought of asking me about, link at the end. I even mentioned it to my oncologist in Sussex in late summer 2020 when I realised what was going on. But she hadn’t a clue and I dare say still doesn’t as I have not seen or heard from her since.
So Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) could be down to various things, but how many doctors will ask the questions and even be able to test or arrange for tests for the common pesticides and toxic substances.
As to PK Adams mother, she had the Covid vaccines I gather. Will doctors ever make the connection?
Idiopathic disease
An idiopathic disease is any disease with an unknown cause or mechanism of apparent spontaneous origin.
See
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiopathic_disease
ALS is such a disease. As the link says
The term 'idiopathic' derives from Greek ἴδιος idios "one's own" and πάθος pathos "suffering", so idiopathy means approximately "a disease of its own kind"
In fact, the word ‘idiot’ comes from this Greek word, the sense being one’s own ideas without consideration of others thoughts or observations.
Now doctors who are allegedly so clever and well-educated are baffled by ALS, so I thought I would see what anagrams of ‘Idiopathic disease’ might suggest.
Anagrams of ‘Idiopathic disease’
Idopathc se = 10 individual letters
ie aid discopathies – discopathies are degenerative disc diseases in the spine
Here are some phrases:
- I idiots headspace I
- I IP idiots headcase
- AI aid speech idiots
- Hi I idiots escapade
- Aid CIA sheep idiots
- Idiots cash pie aide
- ie sad path idiocies
- As aid idiotic sheep
- ie a sad hospiticide – hospiticide, one who kills his guest or host
- ie sadistic hope aid
- I dished CIA opiates
- AI copied shit ideas – garbage in, garbage out
And then there is this:
- AI Idaho pesticides
How Idaho became the target of an influence campaign to protect pesticide companies June 6, 2024
It has a subheading “Bayer wants protection from lawsuits” and below says
Then he turned his time over to James Curry, Bayer’s deputy director for state and local government affairs. Though corporations are rarely listed as crafting Idaho bills, Roger Batt, a lobbyist for Bayer, was a listed sponsor of Harris’ bill.
Curry told senators that the bill would protect companies like his from “frivolous” lawsuits and argued that glyphosate is safe. He said his company needed help from the Legislature and that legal costs were threatening Bayer’s bottom line and its ability to conduct new research.
‘glyphosate is safe’. Like vaccines I suppose, hah, hah. Plenty of people have written about its harms and I hope to do a post myself.
The whole article is an incitement of the financial self-interest of those who would poison the people for profit.
Now for the phrase “Doctors are baffled”.
Doctors are baffled
Doctrs ae bfl = 11
A few phrases:
- For barefaced dolts
- RDT barefaced fools – RDT could be ‘Rapid diagnostic test’ like the COVID19 tests.
- Or for set baldfaced
- Adders boffo cartel – boffo, a slang term, means ‘extremely successful’
- After cobras folded – when the snakes have no other answer
- For defalcated bros
- Afforced arsed blot
- Braced farted fools
Summary and final thoughts
I highlight these sentences from earlier.
symptoms of ALS can be similar to those of a wide variety of other, more treatable diseases or disorders
So many diseases do have similar symptoms which would make you wonder if really they have the same causes.
There is no cure for ALS. Management focuses on treating symptoms and providing supportive care, to improve quality of life and prolong survival.
As to quality of life, what quality I ask when the treatments are toxic.
Modern medicine in the west is not interested in cures as this would mean big pharma and doctors incomes would fall. The longer they can string things out the better, even if you suffer.
Perhaps it is no coincidence that ‘amyotrophic lateral sclerosis’ anagrams to
- pharmacists CEO royalties roll
And Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a nice long word to confuse the masses and make doctors look extremely clever to their patients that they can remember the word and charge handsomely for it.
Motor neurone disease doesn’t have quite the same kudos, but is far more intelligible to the masses of the people, especially those with a motor car!
Yet the medical profession don’t know what causes it?? All that indoctrination training and still they haven’t a clue. How sad they are.
But well-paid of course, well-paid idiots in fact.
Which is what the term ‘idiopathic disease’ indicates in the anagrams, the ‘idiot’ bit anyway.
Even ‘Doctors are baffled’ contains the word fools which is what they are.
Here’s a final anagram of ‘motor neurone disease’.
- erroneous ideas to men
All of which reminds me that is has been written “Professing to be wise, they became fools,”
Idiopathic disease and idiot doctors. They go together.
P.S. By the way, spinal tap should not be confused with the fictional English heavy metal band ‘Spinal tap’.
Sodium nitrite (E250) – the poison in your food and how to remedy it.
Excellent post !!!
A lot to ponder on here.
I may be way off base, but after all I have studied in the last few years it seems like most, if not all, of our issues stem from being exposed to different toxins.
We are literally being poisoned to death and the names they give to these diseases are really symptoms expressed by the toxins themselves.
Side note.
Your P.S. about Spinal Tap put a big smile on my face. Glad to see we can still have a laugh together while learning about some serious stuff.
