Ridiculous COVID 19 phrases examined – ‘Flatten the Curve’ (and the Siouxsie Wiles connection)
By Baldmichael Theresoluteprotector’sson
We have had so many over the last four and a half years. I have already covered ‘follow the science’ where I noted anagrams of the phrase most revealing.
However, it was this site that made think I should look at them in more depth.
https://nakedemperor.substack.com/p/just-plain-weird/comments
More particularly it was this chap’s comment and link at the top of the comments.
So I am going to look back at ‘Flatten the Curve’ and how the words themselves reveal the truth behind it.
Wikipedia calls it ‘flattening the curve’.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flattening_the_curve

The phrase was in use early on in 2020 and the excuse for lockdowns in the UK.
Lockdown tyranny
The Government’s coronavirus suppression methods are aiming to “flatten the curve” and reduce the rate of transmission of the virus.
From
Coronavirus: Boris Johnson announces three-week UK lockdown
24 March 2020
Boris the Buffoon pushed the nonsense. The link says
Boris Johnson has announced a complete lockdown of the UK, banning people from leaving their homes or meeting in groups of more than two people as the Government scrambles to enforce social distancing measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
In a public address to the nation this evening, the Prime Minister said the public will not be allowed to leave their homes except for a few specific reasons, and could be fined £30 for meeting outside in groups of more than two people.
All non-essential shops will close, as will outdoor gyms, kiosks and places of worship, except for funerals.
The unprecedented measures were prompted by fears in Downing Street that its coronavirus suppression measures have been ignored by the public, and modelling that suggests at least three quarters of people must follow them for the NHS to be kept afloat.
Under the new lockdown, members of the public must not leave their house except to:
Shop for essentials, as infrequently as possible
Exercise outdoors once per day, alone or with household members
Receive medical treatment or provide care
Travel to and from work if impossible to work from home
The public were ignoring the coronavirus suppression measures because they were not yet afraid enough of the fear campaign.
I have pointed out elsewhere that it was all Guidance despite the government’s announcements, which gov.uk made clear if one could be bothered to check.
As regards the NHS ‘ship’, it already had more holes than a colander and the government measures were like trying to fill them with soap.
As regards ‘Flatten the Curve’ I was saying early on that it was ‘Fatten the Curve’ as the purpose of the supposed suppression measures was, among other things, designed to fatten the Fat Cats who already had plenty of money yet wanted more.
Wealth increases
Billionaires see fortunes rise by 27% during the pandemic
7 October 2020
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-54446285
It says
The world’s richest saw their wealth climb 27.5% to $10.2trn (£7.9trn) from April to July this year, according to a report from Swiss bank UBS.
That was up from the previous peak of $8.9trn at the end of 2017 and largely due to rising global share prices.
UBS said billionaires had done “extremely well” in the Covid crisis.
Yes, leaving millions extremely unwell or dead.
I gather there is a story behind how the phrase came to be.
Siouxsie Wiles and ‘flatten the curve’
The story behind ‘flatten the curve,’ the defining chart of the coronavirus

At the top it says
Clear. Approachable. Actionable. Perfect.
In reality just plain stupid. But then it was “…its final, clearest form, proposed by New Zealand microbiologist Siouxsie Wiles…”
This is her.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siouxsie_Wiles
She has only been a New Zealand citizen since 2014, having been born in the UK and grown up there and in South Africa.
Those in New Zealand will no doubt be familiar with this useless woman. I say useless because this can be found in her name. This is an anagram.
I ow useless xii
You may have heard of ‘The Dirty Dozen’, well she is one of ‘The Useless Dozen’. This is Wikipedia on her.
In mid-September 2021, Wiles criticised the New Zealand Government’s decision to abandon its COVID-19 elimination strategy, asserting that this would put the unvaccinated and vulnerable at risk.
During the launch of the COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic light system) in December 2021, Wiles urged Aucklanders to put aside their summer holiday plans in order to contain the spread of the Delta variant within the community.
In mid September 2022, Wiles criticised the Government’s decision to drop the “traffic light system” as a “big, long term expensive, mistake.” She argued that the COVID-19 Protection Framework was needed to protect the country from newer COVID-19 strains, infection waves, and the problem of “Long COVID” among vulnerable patients. Wiles also argued that facemasks and RAT tests were still needed to curb the spread of COVID-19 within the community.
You can see from this image Jabcinda ‘The tooth will set you free’ Ardern awarding Wiles with the New Zealander of the year award 2021. Useless New Zealander of the year would have been better, although the first prize would have gone to Ardern.
Wiles is on the curvy side. Flattening the curve would have been a good idea in her case.

One wonders where these people have been dragged up from. She was a goth as a teenager so she says.
Siouxsie Wiles on Covid-19, conspiracies and a life in science, at the 2021 NZ International Science Festival
19 September 2021
It says
My microbiology origin story is partly related to being a goth as a teenager. You’re supposed to kind of like death and destruction, and I was reading Edgar Allan Poe, various things like that. And either I picked it up, or somebody gave me, the Fireside Book of Deadly Diseases. I just found these tales of tuberculosis and plague absolutely fascinating. And I remember thinking “What would it be like to live in those times?” and now we don’t have to imagine, although it’s not what I thought it was going to be.
Hmm, she has helped bring death and destruction through promoting the vaccines etc. As to the pink hair
I started dyeing my hair because I wanted it that way. Kids see you and say, “You’re not what a scientist looks like.” As I progressed through my career, I realised that I wasn’t what my colleagues thought scientists looked like, either. And so keeping it was all about being a really visible reminder to everyone around me that they have biases every time they look at me and think I shouldn’t be in science or shouldn’t be an expert. It’s a reminder that that’s not true. And if we have that about people’s hair colour, we have that people’s gender, we have it about their ethnicity as well.
Well dear, you shouldn’t be in science or be a so-called expert because you are an indoctrinated fool, not because of your pink hair.
But then you say you have worked at Imperial College for nearly 10 years where ‘Sod all Neil’ Ferguson works, he of the Spaghetti Statistics. We could hardly expect you to be anything more than a virus and vaccine cultist.
She said
And there are people who are actively making up fake stuff, because they’re making money out of it. The anti-vax industry is massive, absolutely massive. And so we’ve got this coming together of people in a vulnerable position, and of people making up shit to frighten them so that they can make money.
Eh hem, I think you meant the vax industry darling, perhaps you have never checked. You have described it perfectly.
Then she says something really stupid.
There are links between anti-vaccination and white supremacy.
No, there are links between stupidity and the vaccine fanatics like you Siouxsie.
Her Wikipedia article says she has been compared to Adolf Hitler and Satanists. I am not surprised, Adolf would have been proud of her and Satan certainly is.
Wiles means ‘A stratagem or trick intended to deceive or ensnare’. Siouxsie derives ultimately from Sioux, the warlike people in North America.
LAKOTAS: FEARED FIGHTERS OF THE PLAINS

It says
In fact, the name ‘Sioux’ derives from an Ojibwa (Chippewa) word, nadowe-is-iw, meaning ‘adder’ or ‘enemy,’
So we can say ‘enemy deceives’ then, suits her admirably.
Enough of Satan’s patsy, how about anagram phrases of ‘Flatten the Curve’?

There you have ‘flatten the curve’ and some of what is contained in the phrase.
‘Flattening the Curve’ adds others including
– tut evil agent French
Is this an agent from France or another sort of French? Melinda Gates middle name is ‘French’.
Otherwise the best anagrams to my mind from ‘Flatten the curve’ might be these.
– Flu event chatter
– Artful tech event
– At her feculent TV
That is mindless chatter about the rebranded ‘flu, cleverly pushed by mass media, but in the end just a complete load of shit!
And those who promoted the rubbish, like Siouxsie Wiles, should be flattened permanently.
P.S. here are links to some of my earlier posts/pages which may be of interest if you haven’t seen yet.

Criminal tyrannical actions.
Good grief, how could anyone take such a nut case seriously? And who in their right minds spells Susie as Siouxsie?? Look, I’m all for freedom of expression and we all know you can’t judge a book by its cover, but sometimes, just sometimes, you can tell by how a person presents themselves, that something is inherently wrong with some aspect of their lives. This is not a serious person.
