And a clap trap it certainly was. So many fell into it. Thankfully my wife and I didn’t. I see there is a Wikipedia article on the affair.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clap_for_Our_Carers
I had planned an article like this early on but events overtook me and as my energy has been limited I didn’t do as much as I might. Anyway, it might remind you of how easily fooled are the masses of the people.
It was started in the UK by an Annemarie Plas, a Dutch yoga teacher living in Streatham, south London. This is her.
According to the Guardian she has a husband and a toddler. Whether the two are one and the same I wouldn’t know.

As the article says
Every Thursday at 8pm, people stood on doorsteps or leaned out of windows, clapping (or whooping or bashing pans) in appreciation of those who were working in difficult circumstances.
Of course the bashing of pans was most appropriate as we were in (allegedly) a pan-demic. So lots of pans came out. Bash the pans and bash the, ahem, virus.
Personally, I could have bashed a pan myself, but over the heads of the mindless sheep who followed the lead of the insane. In the small church fellowship I was part of people thought the clapping was like a religious cult and mindless.
Sadly though most of them seemed to lose their minds and took the poison jabs despite my warning them not to. Some were very ill as a consequence.
The clapping started more as thanking carers in general but for some reason morphed into clapping for the ‘wonderful NHS’ more than anything else.
This is the ‘wonderful NHS’ that promotes poisoning the masses of the people by injecting them with big pharma vaccines.
Or with immunotherapy such as I was given in 2020 until I realised what was really wrong with me, no thanks to the moronic doctors.
The immunotherapy which seems to contain very similar ingredients to the current vaccines. I must write in detail about this.
The clapping nonsense ran from 26th March to 28th May 2020 before it waned and stopped.
As the Wikipedia article says many celebrities, influencers, politicians, and public figures supported the campaign including the Queen and Boris Johnson & Johnson and his bit of fluff, Carrie ‘doesn’t live here anymore’ Symonds.
Wikipedia continues
On 2 April, appreciation extended to all key workers, including healthcare workers, emergency services, armed services, delivery drivers, people who work in shops, teachers, waste collectors, manufacturers, postal workers, cleaners, vets and engineers.
And Uncle Tom Cobbley and all I daresay. And a load of old cobbleys (sic) it was.
Continuing
That day, event founder Annemarie Plas wrote in an Instagram post, “tonight we will show our appreciation again! For ALL that go out to work so that we can stay in!”.
Indeed, give the slaves a clap so that the mentally challenged could sit back in their chairs at home and enjoy their surroundings. In the Queen’s case she had only Windsor Castle and the park (assuming she was allowed out).
As opposed to a one bed flat in a tower block in Poplar, East London.
Or a bed in a ‘care’ home where being looked after was an optional extra, provided you were not suffering from dementia of course in which case the staff would decide for you.
I wonder what was the demographic of those who fell in with the pan bashing clapping malarkey. I rather imagine it was the office workers and civil servant types be it at national of local level.
Those who don’t understand what it is to have to deal with shit every day.
Mind you we did have pictures of NHS workers clapping though quite who they were clapping for I wouldn’t know. Here are some Mask-ists at worship.
But despite being told that the NHS has been run down by successive governments, it still managed to keep going with some cancer patients including myself.
Which meant that my so-called therapy kept going, having started in February 2020. Therefore I would continue to be poisoned regardless which was nice (not that I realised until September that year).
It did at least mean I realised by June what a load of bollux it all was so I am grateful for that.
The police joined in mid-April. Here’s The Dick on Westminster Bridge.
From
Met Police tell people NOT to Clap For Carers on London’s Westminster Bridge tonight – even though Commissioner Cressida Dick joined in herself two weeks ago
Thus the hypocrisy and stupidity of the police farce in the capital. And of the masses who didn’t adhere to so-called rules. You would have thought they would have worked out that something wasn’t quite right with what they were being told.
But they were brain damaged so we understand.
I gather there was a Nationwide clap and Spitfire flypast mark 72nd anniversary of NHS
I think I missed that piece of news at the time which is a relief. The NHS was 72 years old. Mmm…showing signs of dementia sadly. In Canada there would be a good case for euthanasia. See P.S. at the end for a link.
The ITV article says
Sir Simon (Stevens, NHS chief executive) warned the NHS could have another “enormous job on our hands” if a second virus spike sweeps the UK at the same time as seasonal flu, and urged people to continue observing social distancing.
Which proves dementia existed at the head (he stepped down in 2021). You are insane Simon.
‘Insane cruel venoms set’ is an anagram of your full name, Simon Laurence Stevens.
I see I could do a full article on the man but I will point out these things. According to Wikipedia he is married to Maggie who is a board member of the West London Synagogue so she is presumably Jewish.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simon_Stevens
He served as a senior executive at the UnitedHealth Group from 2004 to 2014, an American for-profit managed health care company.
Wikipedia says
Stevens took action to stop NHS funding of homeopathy, on the grounds that it is “at best a placebo and a misuse of scarce NHS funds.
So here we have the conflict of interests and hypocrisy. Vaccines are at best a placebo and a misuse of scarce NHS funds. Others may have looked into it but I can see we have a serious problem with him.
He said: “Going into autumn and winter, we are going to have to continue to be vigilant about the possible resurgence of coronavirus.
The ‘flu Simon, the ‘flu.
“Until such time as there is a vaccine, we know that it will be lurking across the world.”
So the vaccine, oh yes the saviour vaccine that will prevent, well, help prevent, you from dying (probably) or at least being so ill (possibly) at some point in the future, unless something gets you first like myocarditis which will not be the vaccines fault even if it happens very soon after the injection as correlation is not causation.
Unless it is over a very long time and it has to do with vaccines eliminating a disease or two in which case correlation, however unlikely, is certainly proof of causation.
I digress, back to clapping.
In 2021 Annemarie tried to get it going again.
On Wednesday, Plas tweeted that she was relaunching the weekly clap. She wrote: “We are bringing back the 8pm applause in our third lockdown. I hope it can lift the spirit of all of us.”

Woman behind UK ‘clap for carers’ announces its return 6th Jan 2021
It continues
However, she was bombarded with negative responses, suggesting there could be much less support for the gesture this time round.
One Twitter user, James Oswald, wrote: “This may be well intentioned, but it’s absolutely the wrong thing to do. You want to reward all the heroes? Lobby hard for pay rises, bonuses across the NHS, living wages. That’s how you applaud the heroes, not with some vacuous hand clapping.”
Heroes eh? Bonuses across the NHS eh? What for, misdiagnosing and poisoning people?
Concerns were also raised that it could lead to people flouting lockdown rules. During the weekly ritual last year, crowds of Londoners were filmed on Westminster Bridge. The scenes led to Downing Street stepping in to urge people to adhere to social distancing while applauding.
And to see how stupid people really were which sadly was very, very stupid.
Another Twitter user, James Piggford, wrote in response to Plas’s tweet: “Let’s not, it’s an empty gesture. Let’s support the heroes by staying at home and beating this awful disease.”
An example of stupidity or Stupid 20 as I call it. I have said it once will say it a thousand times, or more that Coronavirus or COVID 19 was and is the ‘flu re-branded to make more money for big pharma and its cronies.
Jo Thomas, a nurse, tweeted: “Please don’t. The hero rhetoric is harmful.”
And uncalled for when so many of the so-called heroes have jabbed the masses and/or been jabbed to save their jobs.
The royal family and celebrities joined in the original claps, leading to further accusations of virtue signalling.
There is a link in the Guardian article.
As I am not biased, here are a couple of morons. You see I don’t discriminate because of colour.
I am quite happy to include yellow people.
Ok, they have bits of grey and blue and white and brown too. That’s multi-cultural Britain for you.
But they are wearing face shields. Did they not realise how ridiculous they were??
My wife and I went a funeral in summer 2020 and a few of the older family and friends wore them including a couple improvising with what I would have called a tree surgeon’s helmets! I tried hard not to smile.
At the wake lunch afterwards I did manage to say to the couple about how ridiculous it was. I think they got the point.
As regards virtue signalling, I have my own signal for all the idiocy over the last 3+ years. You will find it at the end of this and other articles.
This is quite interesting on responses at the time from those who are/were in the British Army. There may be others too.

Summary and final thoughts.
There you are, my thoughts at last for posterity. But how about some anagrams of ‘Clap for Our Carers’. Not unsurprisingly they seem rather suitable.
The whole thing was surreal:
‘co for surreal crap’It was a farce:
‘cop roar slur farce’It was an outside copper bottom* pan PR exercise:
‘alfresco cu PR roar’
*I’m sure somebody must have used a copper pan!It could have been a spoof:

It was a trap or snare for people to fall into. ‘aim pal ensnare’ is an anagram of Annemarie Plas so this makes sense.
People went pot-ty over the ‘flu and pan-icked over a fraudulent pan-demic so bashed pots and pans.
It made some people feel good for a bit, not realising they had been fooled. However, on the bright side it did wake many up to far we as a nation had sunk.
Or in other words we had become the United Kingdumb.
We had a Dutch national starting up ‘Clap for Our Carers’ which turned out to be a test of the sheep and who would follow the false shepherds.
I heard their voice and thought ‘Not my shepherd.’ Well, actually I thought more like ‘Sod this for a game of soldiers’, but it’s the thought that counts.
And I thought, no, I knew it was a satanic deceit, a propaganda move to soften up the terminally dim sheep for the vaccine slaughter.
Not that they were all slaughtered at once as that would be too obvious.
The Dutch lady started the clapping, and it was all double Dutch or a load of rubbish.
Rubbish is crap. We were asked to clap for our carers. Well, as Benny Hill might say in his china man mode, it was all ‘a load a clap’.
So this sorry episode in British history in my books can go down as ‘Clap for our carers to Crap for our carers’.
Or ‘What a load of clap that was.’
P.S. Here are some links related to the NHS if you haven’t seen.
Lies you’re told about the COVID vaccine (NHS approved)
And Cressida Dick (not for the faint hearted).

It would require a whole article to cover euthanasia in Canada but here is an article on from 14th January, I assume this year.

And for some humour, Benny Hill.
Benny Hill Chinaman
Thank God we didn't have that lunacy here in my small town in New York State. However, during the horror plague lock down days of 2020, I saw a video of hospital workers in NYC being thrown a street party. Absolutely no one was socially distancing. They were all dancing and hanging over each other listening to some awful music. So I wrote a letter to mass murdering Governor Cuomo and told him the party was illegal and probably killed thousands of grandmas. I never heard back from him. Go figure.
It was and still is all a charade of stupidity and narcissism.
Maybe the clap happy Dutch national is still holding a grudge against Great Britain after all these centuries and trying to drive everyone batty. Remember the Dutch-British wars?
