This article is to follow up and examine the broader role of this government agency involved in the sun dimming project.

It says

The Advanced Research and Invention Agency, or ARIA, is a research funding agency of the UK government, announced on 19 February 2021 and formally established on 26 January 2023.

There is not much on the agency perhaps because it

…is designed to operate with a large degree of autonomy and is exempt from Freedom of Information requests.

Which at least one Labour MP queried.

In March 2021 Labour Party Member of Parliament Dawn Butler said this would "raise alarm bells" about how taxpayer money is spent, in light of a scandal over how the UK government procured PPE contracts during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The procurement was bad, how about the fact it was ALL a complete waste of money.

Kwasi Kwarteng, who was Business Secretary at the time, insisted the "corporate governance arrangements are very robust" and that MPs would be able to scrutinise the agency's accounts.

Like that means anything to the defrauded taxpayers.

On 20 July 2022, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy announced that ARIA's first CEO would be Ilan Gur and its first Chair would be Matt Clifford.

And because this is the United Kingdom we have an American as CEO. There is precious little about Ilan Gur I can find. Clearly highly successful then.

But anagrams of his name include the words ‘liar’ and ‘ruin’ so successful in what we ask. Kwarteng boosted him up and said

Kwarteng also said

Stripping back unnecessary red tape means ‘Not allowing the public to scrutinise where their money is being spent so we can defraud them again.

There is not much on Matt Clifford either. However I gather he is a talent investor from the above link. He did work with McKinsey & Co,

an American multinational strategy and management consulting firm that offers professional services to corporations, governments, and other organizations.

Matt Clifford is the co-founder of Code First Girls, providing

free coding courses to women and non-binary people across the UK, Ireland, the USA, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

So not just girls then, non-binary lunatics as well (there is an overlap though sadly).

It is worth noting that his co-founder was Alice Bentinck who worked as an intern in Tony Blair’s office according to her Wikipedia page. I wonder if she picked up any bad habits there.

She worked at McKinsey & Co too where she met Matt Clifford. I wonder if she picked up any bad habits there too.

In the gov.uk article earlier it says

ARIA has taken inspiration from the successful US-based Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA)

And

More recently, ARPA’s successor, DARPA, was a vital pre-pandemic funder of mRNA vaccines and antibody therapies, leading to critical COVID-19 therapies.

Vital for funding toxic vaccines and antibody therapies, critical for maintaining big pharma profits.

By the way, ‘mRNA vaccines’ anagrams to ‘cancer mavins’ (mavins or mavens means experts) which is why we see an explosion in cancers from the jabs.

I gather Kate Bingham, a British venture capitalist, has also joined the board, the entrepreneur who headed the successful Vaccine Taskforce.

When it says successful it means successful in getting the toxic COVID 19 vaccines distributed in the UK and the rest of the world.

Anyway, Kwarteng hardly inspires confidence. And this is one anagram of his full name, Akwasi Addo Alfred Kwarteng.

This has a ministerial team including that well-known satan Patrick Vallance, now Lord of the south London beauty spot called Balham, the ‘gateway to the south’ as Peter Sellers called it. I have covered him in a detailed post, link at the end for those that haven’t seen.

- Peter Kyle, Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology. He is an MP and a homosexual I gather.

He only got into University of Sussex on his third attempt having left school without any usable qualifications.

Brought up in Sussex, I believe he still lives there; he is MP for Hove and Portslade.

His work experience, mainly charity aid work I gather, can hardly be said to be in Science, Innovation and Technology. But I daresay that is eminently suitable for the role as then people like Patrick Vallance can bamboozle him with their ‘science’.

His full name is Peter John Kyle. This will anagram to ‘polythene jerk’. Sounds like he’s a rather plastic then and not that bright.

- Chris Bryant, Minister of State for Data Protection and Telecoms. He is a Sir (pent), MP and also a homosexual.

Born and partly brought up in Cardiff, Wales, he is now MP for Rhondda and Ogmore.

He became a Church of England pest, sorry priest, as he considered being homosexual incompatible. So he had some integrity then.

But like Peter Kyle his work experience cannot be said to be in Science, Innovation and Technology. Another for the likes of Patrick Vallance to bamboozle.

He supported remaining in Europe and has been involved in some unsavoury matters. These include unparliamentary language in 2020 when the Commons speaker, Lindsay Hoyle, spoke to him. Apparently

The disturbance started with Bryant heckling the Prime Minister while standing near to a door. The Speaker informed Bryant that social distancing rules meant he needed to move and he then instructed Bryant to sit in one of the seats intended for use by MPs.

So a very serious offence as he might have been responsible for the death of someone from COVID, a.k.a. the ‘flu rebranded. He is alleged to have uttered an offensive expletive back to the Speaker although Bryant denied this.

Then

What he might have said we do not know but ‘hoy Lyn yah devil arse’ would have been fair as it is an anagram of Lindsay Harvey Hoyle, his full name.

He was ridiculed by the press in 2003 when he posted a picture of himself wearing only underpants on a gay dating site, Gaydar.

This is as a sitting MP mind, yet those in his constituency continue to vote for him. Probably a case of not so much Rhondda and Ogmore but Rhondda and Ogle-more.

But then Rhondda and Ogmore anagrams to ‘and nod regard homo’ so perhaps this is why.

Then Bryant was

..ordered to filibuster the progress on the SNP's motion for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza in 2024.

I see

MP Kirsty Blackman criticised Bryant's comments claiming: "These damning revelations show Sir Keir Starmer pulled every dirty trick in the Westminster book to wreck the SNP's vote on an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and Israel."

Well I have no love for the Scottish Nazi Party but I am sure she is right; Queer Stammer is married to a Jew and clearly is under pressure to support Israel regardless of right and wrong.

Mind you, Kirsty Blackman seems queer herself.

Blackman is married to Luke Blackman, with whom she has two children. In 2023, she tweeted that she was "not straight", and identified herself as openly queer the following in an interview with Diva magazine.

I suppose if you are pale or white skin, female and your surname is Blackman that’s enough to drive anyone queer.

And there is the anagram of her name to consider, ‘my kl Satan brick’.

- Feryal Clark, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for AI and Digital Government. She is an MP and is Turkish by birth.

She actually has a background in science as far as she

…did a degree in Biomedical Science followed by a Master's in Bioinformatics at the University of Exeter, and worked in the NHS in Pathology for six years.

So she will get on well with Patrick Vallance then. They can both bamboozle the others with vaccine science.

It is nice to know one that not being born here and having no family background from the UK doesn’t disqualify you from being part of the government machine. The communists must be wetting themselves.

- Maggie Jones, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Future Digital Economy and Online Safety. She is a Baroness and in the Lords as she couldn’t get elected as an MP. She studied at University of Sussex like Peter Kyle, gaining a BA in Sociology.

Also born in Cardiff like Bryant, her degree in Sociology will be a highly useful degree for Science, Innovation and Technology.

She lives in Hove so Kyle is her MP, how convenient.

Jones was the Labour Party parliamentary candidate for the constituency of Blaenau Gwent at the 2005 general election, the safest Labour seat in Wales, and fifth safest in the UK. She was selected from a women-only shortlist which was controversially imposed upon the local party; subsequently eight of twelve members of the local executive resigned in protest. The retiring MP Llew Smith also criticised the selection method.

Peter Law, the Labour Welsh Assembly Member for the constituency, resigned from the party and stood against her as an independent. Prior to the announcement of Law's rumoured candidacy, Jones stated that Law would be "very foolish" to stand against her. She argued "Blaenau Gwent is solidly Labour and I don't think people will vote for anyone else."

Law won the seat with a majority of 9,121 votes, creating one of the media highlights of the election. The Daily Telegraph described Jones' defeat as "one of the most spectacular general election results of modern times".

So we can say she was the best of the women shortlist but lost a safe seat spectacularly. Never take safe seats or stupidity for granted. Pride comes before a fall.

Her full name, Margaret Beryl Jones, will anagram to

So quite suitable. Then there is

- jr leg Mr Satan obeyer

So she joins Patrick Vallance as a satan.

So in summary we have one satan, the vaccine apologist, two homosexuals, one Turk, and Maggie Jones who is a burk and also another satan.

Two are from Wales and two live in Sussex and one is foreign born.

Only two with any real science background and that in the medical world. Doesn’t seem a winning ministerial team to me.

Summary and final thoughts

There you have a collection of dimwits, interspersed with the relatively more intelligent or at least clever within ARIA and the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.

But the so-called ‘Innovation heavyweights’ don’t sound so great which may be why this is an anagram of the phrase.

As Edward Lear said in a limerick of the head of the man from Dutton, ‘…to make it look big, he purchased a wig...’ Such phrases are beloved of politicians, managers and con artists.

ARIA is a Quango, a ‘quasi NGO’ where NGO is non-government organization. Kwasi Kwarteng was responsible for setting it up, so in this case it is a Kwango, a Kwasi NGO!

But we cannot get proper information about it so it can get away with anything if MP’s aren’t onto it.

Sun dimming is not the only dim thing it might be doing and the whole set up is deceitful. Here is a good article from The Daily Sceptic.

It is not surprising the UK is in such a bad way with this crowd in authority. But we have been in a pantomime, a theatrical performance even an opera and they say the opera isn’t over until the fat lady sings.

And she sings an aria, so maybe ARIA will be the final chapter of this bizarre space opera!
