Catching up randomly, Bald Michael…

This piece is truly wonderful!

Thank you. What I like is, I hope, is the pure logic of it, the childlike simplicity of it. It took for me to be 60 years of age in 2020 to see what one might have seen much earlier. It provides an even more stable foundation than I had before and I trust many other people will gain it too as a consequence.

Anyway, I have something in mind as a follow up to this post but there is so much else to do.

Well, sometimes it seems like a fun game I’ve just been introduced to. But then there’s a zinger that just resonates it’s beautiful. I especially like the ones like this. I love God. I love the Bible. I love His word and His people.

Age does bestow many gifts and that stable foundation is one. Yours is quite unique and special. And it’s fun at times or deep and often both at once. I’m glad you can share them.

I hope you can take a break & catch up with the others things. As for this useless eater, there are plenty of BaldMichael writings I have yet to read. They’ll hold me for a while. I’ve given up on getting anything done — a casualty of the information war.

Take care! Be well ~

To God be the Glory!

Amen. You are no useless eater. If you can spread the truth and love where you can, that is enough. Every little counts. In war R & R is especially necessary, Rest & Relaxation. Taking a break helps and even Jesus went up the mountain side to get away from it all.

Your sincere response has shamed my shallow attempt at pithy humor! Your instinct to comfort and lift up raced right past it to quickly rekindle an apparently dowsed spirit, with kindness. Quite a fine thing to find out about someone.

I do know I’m no ‘useless eater’ (as we have been called by some) — I am a precious child of The Most High, one of many albeit imperfect apples of His eye. Ones for whom He died and lived again to to redeem and make perfect in Him and for Him.

Yet I’m very glad I said it. By it I have another picture of His kind of love, how sweet and swift to comfort — drawn by an unexpected friend at an unexpected time, in an unexpected way, and I am blessedly humbled.

Deep gratitude, Baldmichael.

PS. You’re so right about R & R.

Resting in Him always.

God Bless 🕊

Thank you. I am sorry I missed the pithy humour. I use it myself and can miss it when others do it. I wrote this which appears at the bottom of my posts in WordPress.

"Baldmichael Theresoluteprotector'sson. When not posting pages or paging posties, trying to be a good husband, and getting over a long term health issue, I am putting the world to rights. I have nothing better to do, so why not? But of course that includes dancing, being funny (in more than one sense), poking fun at life, poking fun at myself, deflating the pompous, reflating the sad. Seeking to heal the whole of the soul (and body where possible). In short making life as good as it possibly can be for others as well as myself. You can't say fairer than that. But if you can, please say. People need to know."

So I understand calling oneself in jest a 'useless eater'. I note with interest having just checked that 'useless eater' anagrams to 'uses steel era'. Perhaps then in making our self low we can then be turned into steel to be used by the Holy Spirit.

Swords are made out of steel and the sword of the spirit is the words of the spirit. Sword is of course an anagram of words which we use to defend and attack.

En-garde then!
