Very useful article and food for thought indeed!! I was on a bag full of tablets per month - diagnosed with lupus and fibromyalgia. In and out of hospital constantly. I started to come off them one by one (against doctor's advice of course) and by January 2020 I was down to the last two tablets. Phew just in time to see the Global BS story clearly otherwise I would have been a believer. As I have no spleen and am vulnerable to infections they told me pretty much I had to lock myself in a room and pee in a bucket (I may not have this quite right I have got confused by too much BS over the last few years??!!) - funny thing is that I haven't been ill since coming off all those tablets... crazy that eh. But funnily enough I realised when I read your article that I still believed the paracetamol story - so this was a useful read for me - thanks
Indeed. And then to get over that feeling of being an idiot too! Did you ever see Tom Cruise interview 2005 about anti depressants? I remember thinking - oh dear poor Tom, scientology got to him.... etc etc. and now realise that what he was saying about Big Pharma was absolutely spot on! Wish I hadn't been so programmed to think "conspiracy theorist" if anything didn't fit mainstream narrative. Oh well - we can't go back, only forward!!
Thank you for that extra info. I just checked on Tom Cruise. I see an article from that interview which says is against the use of anti-depressant drugs or psychiatric therapy of any kind. I hope he still holds that view, very sensible.
I have done some research on them and as they are neuro-toxic, they are just dangerous. My mother was on Valium for many years when I was young. She weaned herself off them but I think some of the emotional traumas we had in our house were in part due to that.
The real root cause, my paternal grandmother's views that my father should not have married my mother was not addressed.
I was on them for many many years. Once I came off them and looked into the original data and saw how Big Pharma falsified it to meet their own ends I felt so deeply betrayed, so very angry. I have had to forgive myself for falling for it all. Johan Hari's book Lost Connections is a good read in this regard. If you search for it the first articles that come up will probably be MSM telling you how dangerous it is to come off your tablets!!
Many thanks Melanie. I have not seen that link, although I have done a bit of research on Bayer. They marketed heroin way back and the leopard doesn't change its spots.
Well, I say it doesn't look good. I am reading a book called water and salt by F. Batmanghelidj and Phillip Day, published by Credence Publications (run by Phillip Day I believe). There is a quote on page 12.
'If we doctors threw all our medicines into the sea, it would be that much better for our patients and that much worse for the fishes.' - Oliver Wendell Holmes MD
It is crazy and wrong, and I guess very few people really understand this. I only came to understand it recently although I never relied on pharmaceuticals anyway.
All these drugs are just sales driven. Big pharma isn't interested in our health, just our wealth.
If you needed something a specific reason then you would want to discuss that with someone who you can trust, preferably sit down and talk to. There are herbal remedies for things but I am no expert sadly.
However, this has just come to me. You will know the phrase perhaps 'time is a great healer'. I have yet to do a post, but did you know that thyme, the herb is beneficial? You can make a tea or tisane as they call it (meaning I understand literally 'tea health'). Here's a link which may help.
If you want to you easily grow thyme in a garden or even in a pot. I think it is fairly robust as a plant. My wife and I have it in the garden. You can dry it and keep some for winter use if necessary. Hope that helps.

That's wonderful news. I had to turn my thinking round 180 degrees and realise how easy it has been for us to be fooled.

Good article, and thanks for visiting my "In Pursuit of Maine" blog here on Substack. Most of the "harmless" over-the-counter drugs are anything but.
James Corbett did a video a few years back on the hidden history of the Bayer Corporation if you're interested: https://www.corbettreport.com/the-hidden-history-of-bayer/

Tylenol, ibuprofen is used everywhere! 🤯😢🤔.
Is it always bad?

I didn’t know 🤯

Is there something else to use instead
